1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Vola NL and to every distance contract concluded between Vola NL and the consumer via www.volawax.com/nl/de.
2. The offer
We do our best to display our products and services as completely and accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding.
3. The agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions. Vola NL confirms the order by email.
4. Prices and payments
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT.
Payments can be made via:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Bancontact
- iDEAL
- Klarna
- PayPal
- Shopify Shop Pay
Any additional costs (such as shipping costs) will be clearly stated before completing the order.
5. Delivery
- Delivery will take place within the EU to the address you specified.
- We aim to deliver within the stated times, but cannot derive any rights from this.
- Pick-up is possible at our location in Gronsveld (by appointment).
6. Right of withdrawal (returns)
- You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
- After registering by email (info@volawax.com) you have another 14 days to return the product.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.
- We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days, provided the product is received unused and in its original condition.
NB:
If a package is returned due to an incorrectly provided address, non-collection at a parcel point, or an unreachable delivery address, the actual shipping costs plus an administration fee of €4.95 will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers processing, administration, and return handling costs.
Exceptions:
Products that have been pre-ordered specifically for you cannot simply be cancelled after shipment from the supplier.
7. Warranty
We supply high-quality products. If an item is defective within the warranty period, please contact us at info@volawax.com.
The legal warranty applies: a product must do what you expect from it.
8. Liability
Vola NL is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the products or services supplied, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
9. Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Let us know at info@volawax.com. We'll respond within 5 business days.
If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, you can submit it to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR platform:

10. Applicable law
All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
