How will my order be shipped?
The order will be delivered by PostNL or DHL.
Can I also pick up my order?
No problem, come visit us! Before ordering, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Can my order be delivered to a different address?
When you checkout you can indicate the address to which the order should be delivered.
What is your delivery time?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day via PostNL or DHL. We only process orders on business days.
When an order is placed before 3:00 PM, the product is in stock, and the order is paid for directly via iDeal, you can expect the product to be offered to the shipping company the same day.
Do you also deliver on weekends?
Packages delivered on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
Do I pay shipping costs?
Shipping costs for orders under €50 are €4.95. Orders over €50 are free. Shipping to Belgium for orders under €50 costs €9.95. Orders over €50 are free.

What happens if I'm not home?
If you're not home when the package is delivered, we'll try to deliver it to your neighbors. If they're also not home or refuse to accept the shipment, the package will be delivered to the nearest post office. You can then pick up your order there. You'll need a valid ID to do so.
If you haven't picked up your package after three weeks, it will be returned to VOLAwax.nl. If you still want to receive it, you will have to pay the shipping costs again.
I see an item is out of stock, but can be ordered. What's going on?
All products can be ordered in the webshop, but a product may be temporarily out of stock. This will be indicated with the product information. The product can still be ordered, but it will not be shipped within 24 hours. We will then reorder it. This will take up to 21 days. We will then contact you regarding the shipping.
What if a (large) part of my order is in stock?
We will then contact you about shipping the products that are in stock.
Can I exchange or return my order?
No problem! If the product is in its original packaging and hasn't been opened, you can return it. You'll be responsible for the return and shipping costs (for exchanges). You'll be billed for any additional costs for the exchanged product. Contact us for return instructions.
My product contains a manufacturing defect, what now?
Check the product carefully. If there's a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone.
How do I return or exchange my order?
The order must be returned within seven days via PostNL. Please include your order number, name, and email address with your return shipment. The address to which it should be sent is listed below:

Are returns and exchanges free?
No, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product has a manufacturing defect, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
We will accept returned products if they are in their original packaging and have not been opened. The package must be sufficiently stamped for delivery to the address above.
We are not responsible for any errors in your name and address details that may result in your package not being delivered to the correct location.
Will I get my money back if I return the product?
If you return a product, you'll receive a refund to your bank account within 30 days. Shipping costs and iDEAL fees will be deducted from this refund.
Can I also return my order?
Yes, that's no problem. We don't offer cash refunds. If you return a product, the purchase price will be refunded to your bank account within 30 days. Shipping costs and iDEAL fees will be deducted from this refund.
